For girls: the first period party

A joyful celebration for a girl marking her first period, with games, mentorship, honest conversation and a care package. She learns that her period is natural, normal and worth celebrating.

For boys: the passage celebration

A warm celebration for a boy after circumcision, with games, mentorship and a grooming kit. He is welcomed and guided as he grows, and learns to respect himself and the girls around him.

What a party is

A curated, teen-friendly experience for the young person and the people around them, designed and hosted by the Nawiri team. Celebration and education together.

Party photos belong to the young person and their family. We share them only with written consent from them and a parent or guardian.

The kit

Girls leave with a first-period care package, and boys with a grooming kit. See the shop.

The other side

The same team runs sessions for young people whose families cannot pay for supplies at all. Adopt a teen.
